How does the reward program work?

Our reward program allows you to earn Bianco Latte's coins for every dollar you spend at our bakeries. EACH dollar spent (BEFORE tips & taxes) gets you ONE BL coin.

Decimals will not be calculated, so for example if you spend 15.67 you will have 15 coins.

 

How do I sign up for the reward program?

To sign up for our reward program, simply visit our website. During the signup process, you will be prompted to sign in using your Google account. After you signup with Google, your unique QR code will appear on our website, it will show your balance so you'll know how many points you have and which reward you can redeem! Make sure you have only ONE loyalty account!

 

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. We only collect the necessary information to administer and operate the reward program. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle and protect your personal information.

 

Can I earn rewards for online and in-store purchases?

We're working on it! At this time, you can only earn rewards for in-store purchases. Make sure to show our team your unique QR code during the checkout process, to ensure you receive the appropriate coins for your purchase.

 

How do I check my coin balance?

You can check your coin balance in our rewards page by signing in with Google. Your current coin balance will be displayed with your own QR code.

How many rewards can I redeem?

​Only ONE reward can be redeemed per receipt.

How do I redeem my coins for rewards?

Once you have accumulated enough coins, you can redeem them for rewards or discounts. Simply tell us the desired reward from the available in-store options and our team will assist you!

 

Do my coins expire?

Coin DO NOT expire! Going on holiday? No worries, we'll be here waiting for you to come back!

Can I transfer or gift my coins to someone else?

At this time, we do not offer coin transfers or gifting options. However, you can encourage your friends and family to join our reward program: if they signup with your referral code, you'll get 5 COINS every time a friend joins our famiglia!​
