Bianco Latte was founded by Andrea Zanin, a MasterPastry Chef hailing from Venice, with an innate love for the art of pastry and cuisine, flourished into a rare talent.At the age of 40, Andrea received the honor of beingnamed the Best Italian Pastry Chef.

Our story begins with Master Chef Andrea Zanin, who brings the true essence of Italian pastry-making to New York City. —— Each morning in our Williamsburg bakery and Long Island City pastry lab, we craft fresh delicacies using only the finest ingredients – French butter, Madagascar vanilla, and Valrhona chocolate. No additives, no shortcuts – just pure, authentic flavor in every bite. —— Our story is one of family and tradition, passed down through generations. What began in the 1950s with Pietro Zanin's bakery in Venice has evolved into a father-daughter legacy, as Andrea and Camilla work side by side, blending time-honored Italian craftsmanship with contemporary vision.
